How does Le Sutra ensure the safety of its guest and staff?
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. We have strict cleaning, food and beverage service, and social distancing procedures and routines in place. Our employees receive training in improved cleaning procedures as well as personal hygiene. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we adhere to the COVID 19 protocols established by the authorities.

In our hotels, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritised. We emphasise the importance of safety and hygiene based on recommendations from local health authorities.

It’s understandable to be concerned, but please know that our guests’ and team members’ well-being, health, and safety is our top priority.
What are the Le Sutra check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is 2:00 PM. You must check out by 12:00 PM (Noon). Please contact our front desk if you require an early check-in or late check-out. You can contact us via email at info@lesutra in. In the email, please include your name, reservation date, area code, contact number, and email address, and one of our representatives will contact you.
Are there smoking or non-smoking rooms available?
Our rooms are all non-smoking, but there is a smoking area outside the hotel.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?
You can cancel or request a change in your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Can I visit Angdai Day Spa even if I am not staying at your hotel?

When you cancel your reservation, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you did not receive the cancellation email, please send an email to info@lesutra.in with your reservation details.

No, there is no gym or swimming pool at the hotel, but we can provide you with information on nearby gyms and pools.
Is your hotel couple friendly?
Yes, our hotel welcomes couples and has designated couple rooms. You must present a valid government photo ID with your address on it when checking in.
What time is Buffet breakfast served?
Buffet Breakfast is served every day from 7 AM to 10:30 AM.
